QA/QC Introduction

Since its establishment, Tianhe has been looking on quality as life of this enterprise.
We run a working room area of 2000sqm that meet GMP standards, including 700sqm clean rooms and 350sqm quality inspection rooms. Air pressure, temperature and humidity in the clean room are controlled by central air conditioning and central air cleaning system. The quality inspection rooms is 350sqm, equipped with advanced test equipment and facilities, such as High-performance liquid chromatography, Gas chromatography, automatic particle counter, digital polarimeter, UV spectrophotometer, flame photometer, High-speed Low-tempreature Centrifuge, sterilize biological testing room etc.
Quality department consists of QC and QA sections. To ensure the safety and quality of product for user and the enforcement of every quality function, company's quality department has established and perfected quality system from raw material to final product delivery according to international standards, at the same time, supervising and inspecting quality control department's daily operation, ensuring the entire quality system work well.
